Agreement to these terms
By using FODSPOT you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that business. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using FODSPOT
You may browse the directory and job board freely. To list a business or post a job you will need an account. When you hold an account you agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Keep your login details secure and not share them.
- Be responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Business listings
Listings must describe a genuine business operating in or serving the Forest of Dean. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish. You must not:
- Post misleading, fraudulent or unlawful information.
- Impersonate another business or person.
- List a business you are not authorised to represent.
- Include offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content.
Job postings
Employers posting jobs must comply with all applicable employment and equality law. Adverts must describe real vacancies, must not discriminate unlawfully, and must not request payment from applicants.
Acceptable use
When using FODSPOT you must not:
- Break any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Scrape, copy or resell our content without permission.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with other users.
Intellectual property
The FODSPOT name, branding and the design of the service belong to us. Content you submit remains yours, but by submitting it you grant us a licence to display and distribute it as part of running the directory.
Liability & disclaimers
FODSPOTis provided “as is”. While we work to keep listings accurate, we are not responsible for the conduct of businesses or the accuracy of content submitted by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the revised version here with a new “last updated” date. We may suspend or remove listings or accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
